Whether it's a crawl space floor or a basement wall assembly, uncontrolled vapor transmission feeds humidity, mold, and musty odors long before anyone notices actual liquid water.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained vapor barrier installation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Training covers both crawl space floor applications and basement wall dimple-board systems, which require different techniques.
Assessments for musty odor, visible condensation, or elevated humidity readings are typically scheduled within a few days.
No surprise charges for vent covers or termination strips needed to complete a proper installation.
We install 10-20 mil reinforced polyethylene for floor applications, thick enough to resist puncture from foot traffic.
We don't run a one-size-fits-all playbook — every vapor barrier installation job starts from these core service components, adapted to what your property actually needs.
A reinforced polyethylene barrier laid across the entire crawl space floor cuts off ground moisture at the source, the single biggest contributor to crawl space humidity.
Dimple-board membrane creates an air gap against the foundation wall, allowing incidental moisture to drain down to a collection point instead of wicking into finished wall assemblies.
We heat-tape or mechanically seal every seam and use proper termination strips at wall transitions, following manufacturer spec exactly.
Each pier is individually wrapped and sealed to the main barrier so the system performs as one continuous vapor block.
Proper termination at wall-floor transitions prevents the barrier edge from curling or separating over time.
Four steps, start to finish — from your call to a sealed, tested vapor barrier system.
Describe what's prompting the call — musty odor, visible condensation, a humidity reading you've taken yourself — and dispatch routes an appropriately equipped crew.
You'll get a text confirmation with your arrival window.
Pricing is itemized by square footage, mil-thickness, and any additional detailing like pier wrapping or vent covers.
Vapor barrier installations carry a written warranty against seam separation and material failure.
